Romania dispatch: low Danube levels force shutdown of Cernavodă nuclear reactor

Romania's last operational nuclear reactor was shut down on August 13 after record-low water levels in the Danube threatened the availability of cooling water at the Cernavodă Nuclear Power Plant.
