BBC Weather: Europe struck by FLASH FLOODING as Atlantic system sweeps towards UK

BBC WEATHER forecast a “series of low pressures” from the Atlantic to bring “wet and windy” conditions to the UK, France and Spain, following localised flash flooding in other parts of the continent.
